KRK Projects - Who Are We?
We are professional and innovative building contractors based in Gauteng. We operate in both commercial and residential sectors, providing our clients with excellent work whilst also remaining as close to their budget as possible. Our company was established in 2017 and has been growing exponentially over the past 8 years, creating job opportunities in local communities. We value building strong and lasting relationships with our clients that stem from trust and open communication.

As an NHBRC-registered company, we are also able to assist with new residential construction projects, including the complete building of new homes from ground up – from planning and site preparation through to construction, finishing, and final handover.
Our services include home renovations and alterations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring and tiling, electrical and plumbing work, roofing and waterproofing, as well as interior and exterior painting.
We also specialise in custom-designed cupboards, cabinets and wardrobes – Built and installed to suit your exact space, style and requirements. With over 45 successfully completed kitchen transformations, we are highly experienced in designing, manufacturing and installing bespoke designer kitchens that are carefully tailored around each client’s unique lifestyle, preferences and vision.
2. Commercial:
Our commercial services are designed to support the functionality, presentation and long-term maintenance of professional spaces.
We offer a wide range of commercial construction and renovation solutions, including white-boxing of spaces. renovations and alterations, painting and restoration, tiling and flooring, electrical and plumbing work, roofing and waterproofing, as well as general property maintenance and management.
Whether preparing a space for a new tenant, upgrading an existing commercial environment, or maintaining the overall condition of a property – our team provides reliable workmanship and practical solutions tailored to each client’s operational needs.
